Dust dosing hopper PSB round

Dust dosing  of the type PSB are preferably used in wood-based material companies for the metering of grinding dust or MDF dust.
The dust is fed into the solid fuel burner of the hot gas generator via the downstream pneumatic conveying system.

Function:
The dust is fed to the dust dosing hopper via a conveyor system. The dust bin has an elongated eyeglass with 3 attached level indicators on the side. The detectors signal the filling level in the bunker to the control center and thus, control the supply of the dust.

The dosing hopper system is divided as follows:
1. Dust Bunker.
2. Drive controlled screw.
3. 'Indoor Vent' ceramic filter with integrated bursting foil.
4. Pressure-resistant rotary valve with sling shoe.
5. Filtering of the lock leak air with fully automatic cleaning of the filter cartridge.
